Very helpful, have bought three sets of Atlas spotlights from them which I highly recommend. The third set did not work but they were quick to respond to my email and promised to send out a replacement ASAP.

Always happy with their products - especially the garden solar lights and when a problem occurs they are excellent in dealing with it and replacing part if needed.
Highly recommend this company for their products and customer service.

I have bought various lights over an extended period and have always had excellent service. On the occasion when I have damaged a light they were extremely helpful in sourcing a spare part. When I had a faulty lamp they replaced without quibble. Very good sales and after sales service.

Excellent customer service. The set of mushroom solar lights, I ordered, were missing a support for one light. I contacted the solar light company who sent out the required piece. Unfortunately the parcel was lost at the couriers depot. I contacted Solar light again, the missing part was dispatched again the same day and received within 24hrs. Now that's a company who know what customer service really means.

We have two sets of the solar spot Atlas 4 and will have just ordered another set.

These are excellent and robust garden spots and I would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and very competitively priced ?

One of my solar lights that I ordered a couple of months ago stopped working and I contacted the Solarcentre, they replied they were receiving large volumes of correspondence but to my surprise and delight a new top was sent straight away! It works perfectly. What a great customer service!

I ordered a set of festoon lights and they arrived with a damaged solar panel. After contacting the solar Center they arranged a replacement to be sent out via courier. Great service and an excellent piece of kit. Really bright and long lasting battery.

I ordered two types of solar lights last year, spot lights and fairy lights. Unfortunately over the winter the charging unit on the fairy lights became damaged. The response and support I recived was excellent and they had replacement parts with me in no time! All handled very professionally and I will definitely be going back for any further solar lights I need in the future :)

We purchased a set of Elan Solar lights in November 2021, which worked really well until June 2022 when they stopped working. I contacted customer services who asked me to try different way to get them working again, but nothing worked. When I contacted Solar Centre again they sent out a replacement set. Excellent response from them.

The lights look fantastic and are easy to set up. Really impressed with their performance. Great customer service too when we had an issue with one set we ordered. A replacement was sent out immediately.

I have purchased a lot of Solar Centre lighting over several years now, all of which still operate successfully. Having just purchased additional items I found, for the first time, a fault with one unit. Aminah responded with excellent customer service, promptly providing a replacement. Highly recommend.

I ordered some elan solar bulbs and have previously had no problem with the ones I’ve had, one set I had in May some stopped working, after emailing the company they sent me back some tips to try to see if they would work, I tried these but still some bulbs weren’t working, after I emailed Nicole she kindly sent me a replacement, the lights are lovely and bright highly recommend this company

I have made several purchases from SolarCentre and every one has been pefect. I have ordered several mood lights as well as festoon lights. Each purchase I have made, I have been extremely happy with. Deliveries have arrived within days of purchase. The mood lights are a huge success with friends and family who have also placed orders.
Absolutely amazing Customer Service too! I had an issue with 2 sets of festoon lights, I emailed and had the matter resolved within 24 hours of contact! I Would definately 100% recommend this company for products and service.
